The North Lincs PCT Mental Health unit, the Digital Inclusion Unit, BT, and the DCLG (Department of Communities & Local Government) are looking at ways of developing a product to deliver "virtual" consultations for the clinically depressed.
Work is in its early days, but BT's Next Generation customer-relationship management product may hold the key to further development.
